The details
A few things
worth knowing.
Do invited speakers and presenting authors pay?
Invited speakers register free of charge. Presenting authors of accepted abstracts must register for the congress. Authors are notified on 4 August 2027, before the early-bird deadline.
Why does registration happen on Oxford Abstracts?
Oxford Abstracts is the congress registration and abstract system, so one account covers both and presenting authors’ registrations are checked automatically. This website helps you choose the right ticket, then hands you to the Oxford Abstracts secure form for your details and payment. Your card details are never handled by this website.
How do I change my booking?
